Quality control of installation at the site.

Any wooden window needs maintenance. It means not only repairs or painting, but also maintenance of window equipment, locks and sealing systems. Such preventive measures are needed from once a year to once in five years, depending on environmental effects.
Wooden windows overlooking the south need more frequent care than others. They must be examined once a year. It’s extremely important to check the condition of bottom beam of the casement and the transom. Wooden windows overlooking the north, west and east must be maintained once in 3-5 years.

Our window constructions make the casements fit the framing tightly, so don’t forget to ventilate your apartment or house. If condensate appeared on the inner surface of the wooden window it means that:
a) exhaust ventilation is ineffective;
b) the heating is insufficient;
c) the humidity heightened.
The first two defects can be easily eliminated by through ventilation. As a rule, the appearance of condensate is connected with finishing works.
