Quality control of installation at the site
The modern window is a complicated engineering construction, made to protect you from all sorts of weather, noise and dust. For long service life of the window it is necessary to protect its most vulnerable area, which is the bottom of the window frame.
“GUTMANN”’s drainage constructions are designed to protect the bottom of the wooden window from aggressive atmospheric phenomena. Improved ventilation system is designed to provide for long-term protection from rotting. Alluminium profile used for production of drainage upturns is resistant to atmospheric influence owing to its special treatment. Colouring of allumunium profiles is made by means of electrostatic powder spraying. It allows getting ornamental, stable, resistant surfaces. Drainage profiles are fixed by means of resilient bow or screw.
Precise adjustment of end caps to the profile is one of the most valuable qualities of «GUTMANN»’s profiles. End caps are so resilient that they take on size fluctuations of the profile within wide scale of temperature (size fluctuation in Russian climate may run up to 3-4mm). Blends of end caps and the profile itself are so precise that they make the corner joint virtually waterproof.
